We are being guided to step into our power and establish a deeper connection with ourselves. I would love to hold space for you to heal, find stillness and space for self-reflection, while releasing emotions, patterns and energy that inhibit your growth and happiness.

Classes are designed to help you find the alignment and flow you need to be living with lightness, connection and love. Together we will cultivate more consciousness and compassion, and connect more deeply with ourselves. 

M E D I T A T I O N  

Meditations sessions are designed to help you connect to the power of the breath, tune into your higher self and come into the present moment. This practice grounds you and invites you to come back to yourself, again and again. 

Private Sessions

In one-on-one private sessions, I'll guide and support you as you explore yourself through movement and meditation. Each session is designed to fit your individual needs and invite you more fully into your own practice.

Classes are designed to empower kids to be creative, compassionate and courageous, and in touch with their minds, bodies and hearts. By playing yoga kids learn breathing and visualization techniques that can be used on and off the mat. 

W O R K P L A C E 

Mindfulness can transform your company culture by helping create a more balanced, creative and productive work environment. Group movement and meditation classes are designed to create a shift towards mindfulness at work.
