Guided, active breathwork sessions are designed to move energy and support the release of emotions, pain and trauma. Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique and active meditation that encourages emotional release. It is a self-healing practice that breaks up old blocks, connects you to your intuition, helps you gain clarity and opens your heart to increased self-love.
