A meditation practice is one of the most powerful things you can give yourself. Meditation helps you understand yourself on the deepest levels. It helps you tune into your higher Self and cultivate awareness as you come into the present moment. Each time you sit, you dissolve stress, release tension in the body and journey to a place of inner freedom. It’s a beautiful practice that grounds you and invites you to come back to your true Self, again and again.
Each Monday morning we’ll connect to the power of the breath in order to get to the truth of what’s happening below the surface. There will be guided instruction to help you go within and expand, as well as an exploration of how to apply the teachings of the practice to your life and journey as a woman and a mother. You will leave with clarity, awareness and support to tackle the week ahead.
